In order to have MLS membership at Space Coast, you must hold REALTOR® membership at another association.
If you are an agent, the Designated Broker must hold membership before you can join our MLS.
Designated Brokers fill out all three of the forms, agents fill out only the MLS Membership application. We require that a Letter of Good Standing be submitted with all membership applications.
Membership fees are listed on the Membership Application form. Please note that the Designated Broker pays a different application fee than the agent. Fees must be submitted in writing before we can add your MLS membership.
