Space Coast Association of Realtors® newest member benefit: Certified Photographer Program

This program will help connect our REALTORS® and Photographers to make listing submissions efficient.

Our Photographer Business Partners agree to the program’s terms of use and Space Coast Association of Realtors maintains a database of those photographers that our REALTORS® can search to find photographers to work with.

Certified Photographers can upload photos, videos, and virtual tours directly to your Space Coast MLS listing, saving you time and streamlining your workflow.

Why hire a Certified Photographer image

Efficient Listing Submissions:

Managing photo uploads is more streamlined with the Certified Photographer Program. Participating photographers can upload the listing photos directly to the listing they are assigned to in the Space Coast MLS.

Directory Search:

You can search from the directory of certified photographers who agree to the program’s terms of use.

Compliant Content:

Photographers who join the Certified Photographer Program are aware of the MLS Rules and Regulations and will ensure that all photos submitted to the MLS are compliant. 

Copyright Protection:

Photographers who join the Certified Photographer Program have agreed to a license with Space Coast Association of REALTORS® that allows photos to be uploaded to the Space Coast MLS® and used consistent with the MLS Rules and Regulations. This helps clarify between REALTORS® and photographers copyright and licensing matters.

1. Hire a Certified Photographer

Photographers listed on the Certified Photographer Program have agreed to a license for the photos directly with Space Coast Association of REALTORS®. They have the ability to upload photos, videos, and virtual tours directly to your listings for you. 

2. Give Access to your Certified Photographer: 

You’ve hired your Certified Photographer, now what? Follow these instructions (listed below) to give the hired photographer access to your listing.

3. Are you a Photographer?

Business Partner Members with Space Coast Association of Realtors® are able to apply to the Certified Photographer Program. Join the program today!

Add a Photographer to New Listing:

  • Click “Add Listing” from the menu.
  • Navigate to the General tab.
  • Scroll to the Preferred Photographer dropdown (just below the Listing Member field).
  • Select your photographer from the list.
  • Choose one of the following:
    • Save as Incomplete, or
    • Continue completing the listing. 

Once selected, the photographer will automatically receive a notification email confirming they’ve been added and can begin uploading media.

Add a Photographer to an Existing Listing:

  • Select “Change Listing” from the menu.
  • Click on the listing you want to update.
  • On the Change Listing screen, select “Listing/Selling Member.”
  • Locate the Photographer dropdown menu within this section.
  • Select your preferred photographer from the list.
  • Click Next to confirm and save your changes.

Once saved, the selected photographer will be notified and will contact you directly to discuss details and schedule an appointment.
