The Space Coast Association of REALTORS® Newest Member Benefit: Certified Photographer Program 

Photographers, with your Space Coast Association of REALTORS® Business Partner membership you now have the option to join the Certified Photographer Program.

With this program you will have the ability to upload photos and virtual tours directly through the Space Coast MLS® platform on behalf of the Space Coast REALTOR® member you’re working with. Talk about a benefit for our REALTOR® members to use your services! A true partnership between our photographers and REALTORS®.

This program will help connect our Photographers and REALTORS® to make listing submissions efficient and gain more exposure to you and your business as a Certified Photographer.

• Become a Business Partner with the Space Coast Association of REALTORS®
• Apply to the Certified Photographer Program $50.00 application fee and $25.00 annual fee (Paid on initial sign up, billed yearly  thereafter with Business Partner Membership Dues).

Complete an Application

Getting started is easy with our online application. Just fill in your contact information, website, territory, and services. Then, upload your logo and accept the terms of the photographer agreement. Once your application has been processed, REALTOR® Members may contact and hire you as a Certified Photographer.

Review MLS Rules & Instructions

Hired as a Certified Photographer? Awesome! 

Once a REALTOR® Member grants you access to their listing, make sure to review the Space Coast MLS® rules and regulations for Certified Photographers to ensure a smooth and compliant workflow.

Efficient Listing Submissions:

Managing photo uploads is more streamlined with the Certified Photographer Program. Participating photographers can upload the listing photos directly to the listing they are assigned to in the Space Coast MLS®.

Directory Search:

You can search from the directory of certified photographers who agree to the program’s terms of use.

Compliant Content:

Photographers who join the Certified Photographer Program are aware of the MLS Rules and Regulations and will ensure that all photos submitted to the MLS are compliant.

Copyright Protection:

Photographers who join the Certified Photographer Program have agreed to a license with Space Coast Association of REALTORS® that allows photos to be uploaded to the MLS and used consistent with the Space Coast MLS® Rules and Regulations. This helps clarify between REALTORS® and photographers copyright and licensing matters.
